1)     Surfing for the handicapped

Since Tuesday 5^th February 2019, a surfing school called Surf Emporium, has given surf riding lesson for all the handicapped suffering any illness. In order to make them feel more free. The school is located in Cape town, in South Africa.

 

In fact, next to the experience, the disabled look and feel happier and changed. For example, a surfer quadriplegique named Pamela Hansford says, "Be in the water and fell again the flow, is very special”

 

2)     Advantage of Surf riding

Surfing is famous for its physical and mental benefit:

a)      We learn to control our effort and dynamism

b)      We can improve our coordination

c)      We can get some psychological well-being: change your minds

d)      It simulates our five senses
